These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the dn99e platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. Last updated: June 2026.

Only individuals aged 21 years or older may register and use dn99e. Age verification is carried out during the account registration and withdrawal process. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one dn99e account. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or a falsified identity, will be suspended. Winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.
All transactions on dn99e are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dn99e reserves the right to request documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
All promotional bonuses credited to dn99e accounts are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and game contribution percentages as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of system errors, and any conduct intended to defraud dn99e or other members are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which dn99e holds its gaming licence. Disputes arising from the use of the dn99e platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing authority.

By registering an account with dn99e, accessing the dn99e platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game rules, or policies published on dn99e.org.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or access the dn99e platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the dn99e platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. dn99e reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one dn99e account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. dn99e may close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses without prior notice.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. dn99e is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the dn99e platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dn99e does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dn99e login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify dn99e immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. dn99e will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. dn99e provides two-factor authentication as an optional but strongly recommended security feature. Enabling 2FA reduces the risk of unauthorised account access. Members who choose not to enable 2FA accept the associated security risks.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dn99e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB, Public Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your dn99e wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. dn99e is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. dn99e reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership — before approving withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
5.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the dn99e platform and are subject to change. Members are responsible for checking current limits prior to initiating transactions.
5.5 Inactive Account Fees. dn99e reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Members will be notified prior to any such deduction.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by dn99e are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds conditions, and game contribution weightings as detailed in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the dn99e platform.
6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is limited to one per Member, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. dn99e reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that multiple accounts have been used to exploit a promotional offer.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any dn99e promotion — including through hedging strategies, systematic play patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordination between multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse. dn99e reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in such cases.
6.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers. dn99e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the dn99e platform are subject to dn99e's betting rules, including minimum and maximum stake limits applicable to each market. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number is displayed to the Member.
7.2 Palpable Errors. dn99e reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that contain a manifest error (palpable error), including but not limited to pricing errors resulting from system or data feed failures. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded at the original stake amount.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets on the dn99e platform may be suspended or settled before all in-game events have concluded where dn99e determines that reliable data cannot be confirmed. Bets placed on suspended markets will be refunded unless already confirmed by a reference number.
7.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to bet settlement must be raised with dn99e customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dn99e platform and will result in account suspension or permanent termination, as well as forfeiture of any balance held:

All content on the dn99e platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the property of dn99e or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dn99e platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any dn99e platform content without prior written authorisation.
dn99e collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at dn99e.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dn99e may share Member data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licensing obligations. dn99e does not sell Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
11.1 Platform Availability. dn99e endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. dn99e is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
11.2 Gambling Losses. dn99e is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Members in the normal course of gameplay. All bets are placed voluntarily by Members who accept the inherent financial risk of wagering.
11.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dn99e's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13.1 dn99e's Right to Suspend. dn99e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where dn99e has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or licensing authority.
13.2 Funds on Termination. Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms & Conditions, dn99e reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed at the Member's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining cleared funds will be returned to the Member's last registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
13.3 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting dn99e customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
dn99e reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dn99e will notify Members via registered email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on dn99e.org with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the dn99e platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dn99e holds its gaming operating licence. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory for the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the dn99e platform.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Members are encouraged to contact dn99e customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. dn99e commits to responding to all formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
